1. Improve mold design, processing and manufacturing level

2. Improving the Melt Quality of Aluminum Bars

Some aluminum production enterprises do not pay enough attention to the quality of melting and casting products, and the causes of product quality problems in extrusion production process often account for about 50%. Combined with the homogenizing effect, the influence on the extrusion speed is about 70%. According to the author's observation, the process control in the melting and casting workshop of most aluminum profile manufacturers is not ideal, the refining effect of the melt is poor, and insufficient attention has been paid to how to prevent the secondary pollution of the melt after the furnace.

3. Advanced extrusion process

On the basis of optimizing die design, improving die material performance and surface treatment effect, the purpose of low temperature rapid extrusion can be achieved by using high quality aluminum bars that have been homogenized and rapidly heated. Under the condition that the extrusion outlet temperature is guaranteed to reach more than 500 ℃, the bar temperature is controlled at a lower temperature range.

4. Develop new products of energy-saving aluminum doors, windows and curtain walls

China's energy shortage cannot be alleviated in the near future. Therefore, new product development should focus on energy conservation. There are two main aspects in aluminum doors and windows: first, the development of bridge cutoff (glue injection) thermal insulation windows. From the current situation, the popularity of such windows is an inevitable trend. However, considering the current economic development in China, not all people can afford to use bridge cutoff (glue injection) thermal insulation windows. Therefore, on the other hand, it is the structural optimization and improvement of ordinary casement windows and sliding windows. At present, many ordinary casement windows and sliding windows, starting from improving the air tightness and reducing the aluminum consumption, still have much room for structural improvement, so as to reduce the convection degree of cold and hot air and production costs.
